Maps stopped working after firmware update to 63.20001.214.24

I bought an Inspire 3 a couple of weeks ago and found it really useful. It was tracking my sleep and when I started a walk, when I finished the walk would appear in the app with a map of the walk I did with activity markers.

Then I did the most stupid thing possible - was told about a firmware update and installed it.

So I am now running firmware 63.20001.214.24. I was no longer got vibration when notifications on the phone arrived  and when I now do a walk, the distance is measured but no map is seen.

I've gone through all of the options. I even uninstalled the app and factory reset the Inspire 3 and went back through the setup process. This fixed everything apart from the map.

In my Android 14 settings, I have the permission for location and precise location enabled. According to the settings, the location has never been requested by the app. I have checked and I am running the latest version of the app as well as the latest version of Android for my phone.

What am I missing here, or did I just forget the basic mantra "if it works, leave it alone" ?

Got this working, thanks to the following article: https://www.reddit.com/r/fitbit/comments/1evqln3/inspire_3_gps_no_longer_works_after_update/?rdt=508...

After the firmware update, the walk GPS option was turned off, which meant that GPS mapping was disabled. Tapping on the band, going to activity, tapping on walk and then scrolling down to options to GPS and turning it back on re-enabled the functionality.
