Menstrual health data not showing on watch face on Inspire 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My menstrual data is not updating on the watch face of my Inspire 3, but it does show up in the app. It says 1 day until period, even though that doesn't match the app.

I restarted my watch and it didn't help. Any idea on how I can get this to work properly?

Frankly, I do not think they are going to fix it at all. It is the last
firmware update that caused the problem and they know that, yet they are
not pushing another one out. I think it has to do more with Google and
Fitbit merged and they are pushing people to get google watches over fitbit
now, by not fixing the issues Fitbit is having. I have loved fitbits in the
past, starting going down hill when they took the challenges away in my
opinion 😞

Wow, this sucks. I was really hoping someone here had got it to work again. Mines been broken for months now too.

Hello to all the lovely ladies in this thread! I just recently bought my fitbit about a month ago. I had been wanting one for a while and just decided to go for it. I was hesitant about this because I had to go to the Google Store to purchase it and then read that Fitbit had merged with Google. I don't have many positive things to say about Google devices and their customer service. I used to have a Pixel 4 phone that just suddenly died one day. Luckily I had insurance on the phone so I could get a replacement since I hadnt done anything to damage the phone. Unfortunately, getting that replacement meant multiple hours-long chats with multiple different customer service reps who had no idea how to handle the situation because I purchased the phone through Verizon instead of the Google Store. I got so frustrated with the whole situation that my boyfriend at the time took over for me and sat in a chat getting passed back and forth between reps for 8 HOURS. It took months to finally get the situation resolved and they sent me a refurbished Pixel 4 that worked for a while but eventually also ended up having issues. I have a Samsung now. Now I have this fitbit that I just bought and it already has the same issues as all of you: menstrual cycle stuck on "1 day until" and no sleep score. It's not an issue that will cause me to try to deal with customer service since I can just open the app on my phone but it's still disappointing that the produ t doesn't work as advertised. The fact that Google / Fitbit blatantly disregard all these comments, have yet to fix this issue after months of complaints and are still selling partially functioning products to the masses shows how little they actually care about their customers. It's disheartening to say the least. "Back in my day..." companies actually cared about putting out a quality product and keeping their customers happy. What a shame.

hi, another frustrated customer here.  I've had my Fitbit for about a month, I tracked my period every day in the app until it ended 4 days ago.... now the watch says menstrual day 55.

like everyone else I've rebooted, synced, updated, etc etc and nothing helps.  we can't even remove the icon.  also my watch now doesn't have the sleep score or readiness updated.

it truly sucks and combined with he body fat percentage issue.... I regret this purchase.  I should've gone with other brands I was contemplating and just paid a bit more for something that WORKS correctly.

I have the same problem! I'm super frustrated because the watch keeps having bizarre bugs that are clearly not being fixed and that are really bringing down the experience.

Same issue here. Very frustrating. If they won't fix it, I wish I could just remove it from my watch face.

Mine is stuck on 1 day as well. Followed all the information the Fitbit moderator posted to no avail. I even deleted all of my years of data on the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, reset the watch on all ways possible, nothing. Doesn't look like they're interested in fixing the problem since it's been going on nearly a year!

Yep, mine is still broken as well..Female health must not be top priority
for them 😕

Exactly the same problem as everyone else. Menstrual Health stopped tracking after a big update. No sleep score or SpO2 info. I'm done buying FitBits if they don't work in the ways I need them to and the company isn't interested in fixing things.

I wish I would have done research into updating the firmware before allowing it to happen 😭 My Menstrual Information, sleep score, and oxygen were working fine on the watch face until I updated. Now I am experiencing the same issue as everyone else here and nothing I have done has helped to resolve it.

I'm having the same problem. Already tried the rebooting, checking for updates, and other troubleshooting steps... multiple times.

Same! I'd like to be able to remove modules that are undesired or broken.
