Menstrual health view only mode

Suddenly today the menstrual health tracker says “view only mode,” takes me to a screen where I click “accept” for it to track my data, still stays in “view only mode!” I’ve been tracking this way for years, literally made my last entry last night.????

At nearly 56 I’m doing the same thing Ann. Still too many periods.  I’m too old to need to track.

I thought that I was the only one… it was driving me crazy!!! And once I switched over to Google thinking it would fix the issue, it actually wiped my whole menstrual data! I had to log back in to reset the app and it came back (thank God).

But the tracking feature is still broken 😫😫😫

Same deleted app twice restarted fit bit. It’s bade enough the fit bit stopped syncing enough to accurately display the mobile app period prediction but now I can’t even keep track of my period which is irregular  wtf is the point of a useless app. Might as well by an Apple Watch instead and go back to using their health app.

This has been not working for days. Everytime I speak to support chat they tell me it should be resolved soon but it’s not. This is the main reason I brought my Fitbit. I’m paying for a function that doesn’t work. When will this be resolved?

Currently having the same issue! I updated the app, re-installed it, restarted my phone - nothing. I've been getting a lot of random heart rate spike glitches too - really making garmin watches look more and more appealing these days.

Same with mine, updated phone and Fitbit app, synced it all again but still in view only mode 🤬 come on Fitbit! Sort it out!!

I’m glad that I’m not the only one having issues with this. I have been using the Fitbit app to log menstrual data for years. So far I have tried force quitting and reopening the app, updating iOS on my phone along with updating the app, turning my phone off and restarting it, and deleting and reinstalling the app. None of the usual troubleshooting steps have worked. It continues to stay in “view only mode”, and I can’t get past the screen that wants me to press “I agree” or “ no thanks” for it to use data to track my cycle. Hopefully, Google fixes this problem soon. Until then I’m logging my data into my iPhone’s Health app.
