Missing heart rate overnight (and therefore all sleep related data overnight)

Hi, I just switched from inspire 2 to inspire 3, and since switching I have like 5-6 hour gaps overnight where there is just no heart rate monitored. It seems mostly fine during the day (couple of min gaps early on but nothing major) but just huge gaps overnight. I never had this problem with my inspire 2 at all.

Because of this, I have no sleep data (except it’s picked up only 1.75 hrs before I woke up) or health metrics at all for this time.
I’ve tried restarting the device and my phone etc. I have it the exact same tightness/looseness as my inspire 2 was and nothing had changed in my sleeping that would cause this.

Any ideas? I only changed to the 3 because I wanted the display always on for workouts (which the 2 doesn’t have) but I’m probably going to return it due to this because it’s quite useless at this point.

@Fi1988 Have you tried any troubleshooting methods?

  • Restart the device
  • Delete the app and reinstall
  • Unpair the device and add it back
  • Turn bluetooth on and off
  • Last resort: factory reset

Another thing you could try is to make sure the heart rate monitor isn't turned off (swiped down from the top of the screen, go to Settings, and scroll to heart rate and make sure it is toggled on). One more thing you could try is to delete the sleep tile off the app and then add it back. To do this, just tap "Edit" on the upper right hand corner of the Today screen, tap the X by your Sleep tile, then tap Done. Then Edit again and scroll to the bottom of the Today screen and add the sleep tile back.

Hopefully one of those suggestions will jump start the sleep tracking for you.
