My Fitbit inspire 3 used to be able to receive notifications from Instagram, Snapchat and WhatsApp. Now, in my list of options for apps that can send notifications, they don’t even show up as toggleable options. I use an iPhone and this is rlly bugging me bc it just spontaneously stopped

Firstly, could you please confirm if you are running the latest Fitbit app version? To update your Fitbit app, read and follow the steps shown in the following help article: How do I update the Fitbit app?
