Most data has been missing with my Inspire 3 app since the end of December.

Most data has been missing with my Inspire 3 app since the end of December. Too busy to look into it until now. Just my steps are showing. My device shows more info on the day. Device is charged, I’m used to using it so normal steps to correct have already been taken. I have not signed in using Google. Is this the problem?

Hi, @Sfenn, welcome to the community, you will need to sign in using your Google account. How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account - Fitbit Help Center explains. Perhaps you can provide more information, on the make, model & OS of your cell phone, is your Inspire 3 syncing with the app on your phone?
