Movement reminders spotty after missing an hour.

Hello, I relatively recently got the Inspire 3 as an upgrade from an inspire 2 when the screen just getting dimer and dimer and the suggestions only worked for the 12 hrs after they were done. I'm doing ok with this, though I don't quite understand some of the changes (can't do a count down timer for more than 59:59 etc.). The main thing that seems to be happening and I think may be related to some others saying they're move reminders are spotty, is that my move reminders become spotty and almost non-existent after I miss getting 250 steps on an hour. This seems to happen the most often if I am working at my desk. Am I just so enthralled in my work that I'm not feeling it (I've often wondered why I can't get another reminder buzz at 5min till the hour as well).

@An_Outdoor_Girl   I think the key here is your comment about working hard at your desk.  I've been working hard at my desk and glanced up and saw there were five minutes left to the hour, but I know I didn't get my hourly notification.  I peeked under the screen and saw that the red light was on!  My wrist isn't moving and my Fitbit thought I was asleep!  Do you think this might be happening to you?  Reminders to move are turned off if your Fitbit thinks you are sleeping.

I think users have asked for a second buzz at five minutes, but Fitbit doesn't have plans to introduce it.
