I'm considering getting the Fitbit Inspire 3.
Can I create my own customized (multiple) HIIT/Tabata routines on it?
Mainly for uphill sprints and bagwork.
I couldn't find this info anywhere on the internet.
I don't need to "track" anything, whatever that means (bpm? location?...)
All I need is for it to notify me via vibrations/sound when it's time to rest/run.
And I just want someone to confirm that it's capable of doing that before I buy one.
I don't bring my phone when I go running as I don't have anywhere convenient to put it and it's unnecessary in my case. So the thing should work without being connected to my phone.
