I’ve used Fitbit for almost 10 years & never had issues. Since upgrading to an Inspire 3, nothing but issues. The charge isn’t lasting and today died on 89%? Menstrual information doesn’t work anymore. It won’t sync sleep properly. Too many bugs but the fact the charge doesn’t last, despite doing all the recommended things to “fix” it isn’t good enough. I’m considering leaving Fitbit and jumping on something else that’s actually reliable.

I echo your opinion. I had a Fitbit One for 10 years and it worked really well but finally gave out last summer. I purchased an Inspire 3 and it worked fairly well until I did the software update in May and since then, it has been nothing but trouble. I have had to repeatedly restart the device, remove the app from my phone and reinstall it, etc., etc. and it still hasn't worked well - the battery loses its charge in minutes after charging all night and I get weird notifications. Reaching out to Fitbit support hasn't helped. Very frustrating
