I tried to attach a photo of the sleep hours but it wouldn't let me. It said it's not allowed. Anyway, I usually go to bed at 11 or 12. It doesn't say I'm asleep until about 3 o clock. I set sensitivity level to normal. It's in my non dominant hand. The watch is brand new. My sleep hours are as low as 1hr 29 for a night's sleep. And usually between 2 and 4 hours sleep a night because it doesn't log the first few hours. Very frustrating as this is why I bought the watch.

Try restarting it @JB9999.
Also, although I don't have any problem wearing mine loose when I sleep, you might experiment with making it a little tighter or wearing it on the other wrist when you sleep. Let us know how it goes.

Unfortunately this didn't work. I've even made it so tight that it cut in to my wrist. Very disappointed in this watch. Absolute waste of money since sleep tracker is the reason I got it. Thanks for your help. It's a shame nobody from the company could assist.
