My Fitbit isn’t tracking all of my steps

My Fitbit is not tracking all of my steps.   Is there a solution?

I appreciate your message regarding the step count of your Fitbit device, and I'm sorry to hear that it's not tracking all of your steps. 

This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I'll be glad to suggest you some advices. 

It's always recommended to verify that you are under the last update of your Fitbit app. To do so, please follow the steps shown here: How do I update the Fitbit app?

I dus iverex today. The app shows my actual steps but my inspire 3 does not. I have reset it to no avail.

Hi, @Teach4u, welcome to the community. If the app is showing your correct step count, it's getting it from the Inspire 3 when it syncs (Unless you've got it set to use your phone's sensors). If the steps are not displayed on the clock face, you should review the face settings in the Fitbit app on your phone. Touch the icon in the top left of the "Today" screen.> Inspire 3 > Watch Faces > Inspire 3 > My Active Clock> See All Details. If Steps are on the list, you can cycle through them by tapping the clock screen on your Inspire 3. If you are still stuck, please post here again and let us know which clock face you are using.
