I am so frustrated with Fitbit and Google. I've had a Fitbit since 2016, three in total. My Inspire 3 is less than a year old. But it will no longer stay connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth. So far I have
- reset Bluetooth
- reset my Fitbit
- changed my old Fitbit account for a Google Account
- Turned both phone and Fitbit off MULTIPLE TIMES.
The Fitbit tells me how many steps I've taken but will now only intermittently synch with my phone, and then only after multiple attempts. Is there any solution? Do I just need to throw this away?
I like the Fitbit because it's small, I don't want a big Pixel watch or Apple watch.

Hi, @Weise, welcome. May I draw your attention to this article How do Fitbit devices sync their data? - Fitbit Help Center I note you have experience with Fitbit devices. You will know that to sync, you need an internet connection to your phone. Fitbit setup requirements - Help explains the minimum OS requirements.
I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.
Cheers

I do indeed have an Internet connection for my phone, actually Bluetooth, and have had one since 2008. What has changed is the Fitbit, not my internet availability.

Hi, @Weise , thanks for your feedback. If your device is less than a year old, you may have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty claim for your Fitbit device - Fitbit Help Center
I hope this helps.
Cheers
