My Inspire 3 is locked

My device is locked and I have pressed hard but nothing happens. Should I take it to back to Best  Buy, contact Geek Squad , reload or get a new one. Was a birthday gift in Aug.

Hi, @Skyland2! What do you mean by locked? The Inspire 3 does not have a pin code feature.
