My Inspire 3 is overwriting previous days steps. I contacted customer support via chat room and direct phone call, and tried all of their suggestions:

- rebooting inspire 3, removing and reinstalling inspire 3 from my app, re-entering personal data, rebooting my iPhone, removing and reinstalling the FITBIT app on my phone, and the problem persists. 

At this point there appears to be no resolution to this problem.

Anybody have any additional suggestions, or experience in resolving this problem?

Hi, @MEB1952 welcome to the community, do you have an older Fitbit device that was synced to your account?  Solved: Data Disappearing - Fitbit Community explains the problem. Are you starting an exercise or relying on "Auto-recognize" to count orphan steps?
