It won’t sync and it is so annoying

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Fitnessgirlllll!
Please make sure that your iPod Touch is running iOS 15 or later to meet Fitbit's current system requirements and to enable it to run the current version of the Fitbit app.
As software is being optimized and adopted to current security levels, sometimes older software versions can no longer be supported.
