My Inspire 3 won't keep a charge.

My watch will recharge to 100% but it loses power in less than 12 hours. That's not what it used to be like! Troublehooting suggestions anyone? What happened to it, that it is suddenly less efficient? Is it fixable? Battery replacement? Or something else?
BTW  - it has never recorded sleep patterns,. I know my sleep habits are pretty cruddy, but you'd think it would register SOMEthing! LOL!

That's not the issue though. I want my fancy watch/pedometer to last a full day. HELP!

I feel somewhat silly that the answer was so obvious!  I thought my watch WAS updated. Apparently not. Although it is still not up to original specs in keeping a charge, it is much much better. The "help" steps that were listed were well laid out and pretty straightforward, even for a technologically challenged person like myself. Now if you could just fix my cell phone and laptop... 😉
