My NEGATIVE experience with Fitbit Inspire 3

I received my FitBit Inspire 3 through my health insurance plan.  From what I've read, fitness trackers are especially inaccurate for POC as the green light has significant difficulty reading dark skin.  Basically, they were created specifically for whites as few, if any POC, were part of the development and testing.  I walk 4-6 miles daily, 5-6 days per week and like having some sort of tracking.  I also use a walking app for outdoors and another smartwatch (also uses green light) and those two are relatively close when tracking.  The FitBit Inspire 3 is off considerably for all measurements.  Also, there is no shutdown option and when not in use, it continues to record activity when there is none.  Left on the table overnight, it recorded a heart rate and 465 calories burned, with no movement.  I'm glad it was free to me as based on the above, I wouldn't waste my money on it.
