I’m on my 3rd Inspire in less than 2 years. Contacting them for a replacement but not sure if I should bother. This was great at first but nothing ever works. Had to erase my data for hard reset and still major issues. Tired of it

Hi! I'm on my first Fitbit but it seems to have died. I would like to get a replacement but I haven't been able to figure out how. What did you do to get your prior Fitbits replaced? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Had show me issues the mine inspire three and it was annoying the heck out of me. I did a hard reset finally, and then it gave me the option to update the firmware to the newer one nine something whatever. I did not do that. Now my Fitbit is running like it should yet they keep telling everyone to do the update. They say that so your Fitbit runs properly yet. There are complaints on this site and all over the Internet about issues since the latest firmware update rollout. Maybe, just maybe, there’s an issue with new update. They’re doing stuff like windows that just throws out the lays version and lets everyone discover the bugs and vulnerabilities by having their computers hacked. I’m really not seeing the benefit of Google getting involved by purchasing Fitbit. I was expecting a lot, but some improvements not just more stealing of my data.
wanted to get the Charge 6, but thinking The same as many others on here that have commented about just saving up and getting an Apple Watch since they are the best hands-down. That’s an objectional viewpoint is you can watch videos of them being scientifically tested by some guy in Finland or Norway or somewhere like that. he has a lab scientific tools to measure everything that the Fitness devices measure. Apple tops just about. The inspire model punched way above its class but not so much anymore. They all have issues but just an SE 2 model watch has much more and is discounted or Sold as a refurbished deal on eBay all the time. This is my third Fitbit Inspire. Two oh the second series both had the black screen of death and I did everything I could to fix it and nada. I I even took it apart to replace the battery, but realized it wasn’t even worth it because the inspired three came out at that time and it was on sale and improved quite a bit in terms of screen, which was the inspired 2s weak point.
