My device stopped syncing to my app thi morning. I did all of the troubleshooting steps including Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. When I went to log in it said I was locked out due to too many attempts! It was my first to relogin. I can not reach anyone to u lock my account. I've tried calling numerous times and never come off hold and the app says to email support. I did and got an email back saying email support was no longer valid. Sooo frustrating!

Hi, @Jojo1974! Many people are having problems with the app being down right now (or half functional). Fitbit is aware of the issue (see the pink banner). Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Once that's resolved, I would try logging back in again, worst case you might have to wait 24 hours.
