My hourly, weekly, monthly steps/activity tiles have disappeared from my screen. It looks like they are grayed out! What is this? How do I restore them?

I assume that you are using an iOS device .
If so our team is aware of this issue and will work on a solution for this.
In the meantime, as a 1 time exception uninstall the Fitbit app.
Restart your phone (off/on)
Reinstall the app again .
Open it and check if the info is being displayed.
Do not worry all synced info will remain saved in your account.
