My new inspire 3 stops recording my workouts randomly

Hey everybody ! Does someone have a solution to my problem? I just bought a new fitbit inspire 3 last week and it stops tracking my workouts after 10 minutes without me touching anything.  I wear it 2 inches above the wrist like suggested, but it still does that... does this happen to others ? Thanks
