My wife's Inspire 3 won't charge

I tried

  • re-seating the charger on the device;
  • cleaned the contacts on both
  • tried different AC outlets and
  • different AC/USB adapters
  • tried pushing the side buttons while it was plugged in

Nothing worked. I read previous reports here and those were the recommendations.

It was purchased November 15, 2023, 6 months and 6 days ago.
