Myfitnesspal stopped showing my steps from my Inspire 3, 4 days ago. I have gone through the recommended steps and removed access and tried to reconnect but nothing happens. Thank you.
somehow I was able to get it to load now. But it shows that it is going through my iphone even though myfitnesspal shows it reading my fitbit Agree very frustrating especially when counting on it to generate new calorie intake. I want to try a ring but not wild about the price or connect ability.
I found something that's working for me, shut your phone completely off. The restart your fitbit wait about a minute and turn your phone back on. Open fitbit app and pull down to sink it. That's worked last 3 days for me.
