Just unboxed my inspire 3. It came without charging. I've charged it upto 25% and as soon as I unplug it, the charging goes to 0. When I try to charge it again, it starts from 1%.
This is so frustrating!

Hi there, @sai-prathik. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your new Inspire 3 is draining too quickly. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, please make sure that your Inspire 3 is charging properly. If you feel like it is, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Regarding the battery not lasting, I'd recommend making sure that your phone's software version is updated. For more information, refer to Check & update your Android version or Update your iPhone or iPad
