I just got my inspire 3 and let it charge, updated it and synced it and I can barely scroll through any part of the menu before it freezes and shuts off and then turns on again. It has to re-sync every time. I’ve tried restarting the device and nothing has changed. I can’t even use my Fitbit so I’m thinking of returning it.

Hi, @Wickyk, welcome to the community, may I suggest you review your display settings? From the clock screen swipe down (7 icons)>touch settings>display settings>screen timeout>tap to change (you need to swipe up to confirm the change) Try the "Long" setting.
