Do anyone have answer to this? Have restarted multiple times changed where worn on wrist turned off heart rate in settings etc etc still not accurate. Bought new Fitbit because old one was recording steps backwards and heart rate inaccurate thought it was the sensor but new Fitbit also shows heart rate too low.
Fitbits used to be reliable - now think I need to move to Apple Watch.
Any suggestions?
