New Inspire 3 shows "Download the Mobile App"

I've downloaded via Google onto my mobile but the fitbit inspire 3 keeps telling me to download the mobile app.  I've done that.   HELP!

Thank you for taking the time to share the information regarding this issue with your Inspire 3. Thanks for trying to fix it on your own.

 
The issue with setting up your Fitbit can be caused by interference from other Bluetooth devices.
If you have any other phones, tablets, or Bluetooth-enabled devices nearby, it might help to turn off their Bluetooth or move them out of range. Please also ensure any other Fitbit devices are moved away.
 
Once you've done that, and with only your phone and your Fitbit (making sure both are well charged) in range, please try the following steps:
 
1. Log out of your Fitbit app.
2. Toggle Bluetooth off on your phone.
3. Wait about a minute.
4. Turn Bluetooth back on.
5. Log back into your Fitbit app.
6. Try the setup process again.
