New Inspire 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

Inspire 3 is only 5 months old. During latest charging, the tracker is now stuck on the Fitbit logo. Have tried everything below, including trying to connect to a different phone, to no avail. Device remains on the FitBit logo.  

 

  • Unpair your Inspire 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Inspire 3.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 3

Is there a way to hard reboot the tracker itself since it will not connect to the app?

Hi @ReissSox  were you able to restart the device? Can you swipe across the screens to do that? Most things are done directly on the device, so you might need customer support.

Thanks for the reply. The device is literally stuck on the logo screen and won’t reboot past it. I have even let the battery drain to see if recharging it will help, but it doesn’t. When I hold the buttons on both sides to power it down, it powers back up to the logo and freezes there. 

I’ll try one of the support options you've suggested and report back.

I’m having the same problem, Fitbit inspire 3 is stuck on Fitbit logo and when I connect to charger and hold the side sensors for ten to twenty seconds it fades to a dark green Fitbit logo and then the blue logo comes back. Very frustrating. Won’t connect or sync to phone at all
