I’ve had my new Inspire 3 for over a week, but now it won’t update. Every time I press “update” on the screen, nothing happens.
have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, disconnecting and reconnecting the device, restarting both my iPhone and the device. The device is synced, and both the app and iPhone are up to date. Nothing is working.

I should also mention that I can’t do a factory reset. The screen keep saying “sync with device” even though it’s already synced. It won’t let me change screens.

I am having the exact same issue. Have followed all the trouble shooting steps over and over. Only had mine for 5 days! They are not built like the old one I had for 5 years. Really disappointed. Going to return this to Amazon and try a different product. What a waste of time and money. There is no actual customer support to fix this either. Just keep getting diverted to the same steps. It’s a piece of junk.
