Just opened the box and find the new Inspire 3 has 1% charge.  Is this customary for this model or should it have more than 1% out of the box? This is my 3rd - never had one at 1%.

Hi @Joca292  you should charge the Fitbit when you set up, but there's no way of knowing why your Inspire 3 had a low battery. Could be it was in the box a long time before you bought it and set it up.
