I have a brand new Fitbit inspire 3. I cannot get it to pair to my iphone. I have deleted my old Fitbit. I unpaired everything to my phone. I have charged my Fitbit. I have updated my phone to the more recent iPhone update. I have restarted my phone, restarted my Fitbit, joined my Fitbit app to my google account. Nothing works. I have the Fitbit logo on my Fitbit and that's it. I cannot do anything else. Please help!

Hi there, @klil. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not connecting to your iPhone despite all the steps you've done so far. I understand where your concern is coming from.
I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Can the answer please be posted though?
I have a new inspire 3. Yesterday I set it up on my phone but then unlinked and uninstalled everything as it needs to be on my daughter’s phone.
Nothing makes it pair, I have tried all the reboot steps and the phone just does not find it. I even tried with my phone where I did the original pairing but no luck. The fitbit just cant be found.
Please help with possible steps
