I just got an Inspire 3 yesterday and I wore it to bed but it didn't record any sleep data. Do I have to manually click "begin sleep" in the app for it to record sleep?

Hi there, @jamaykans. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Inspire 3.
Since you just bought the Inspire 3, give the RHR a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
In addition to that, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
