I got an Inspire 3 a couple weeks ago. It works fine and syncs with my phone (iPhone 15) with no issues, but it won't perform the firmware update. It shows I have version 20001.188.58 and that there is an update available. Shortly after starting to install the update, I get a red X and it says try again. I have tried re-starting the device, re-starting the app, re-starting my phone, and even deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app on my phone. No joy. Help!

There wasn’t anything new to try at the link you sent. I have an iPhone 15 Pro running IOS 18.3.
