No Distance showing on inspire 3

Distance is not at all showing on inspire 3 band and displaying 0 only but it is showing on fitbit app. Other parameters like steps, calories are showing on the band but it's just the distance which is not.

Rebooted but not working. Completely fed up with this band. Not even a month old. Please help.

First, ensure your Fitbit app is updated. I recommend that you follow the instructions in our help article How do I use the Fitbit app? below "How do I update the Fitbit app?"

If the issue persists, let me tell you that many users have been able to resolve this issue by manually setting their stride length. It's worth a try while our team finds a solution.

Thanks for the response. Tried to change my stride length. Now distance is showing. 

However, the stride length is not that accurate, there can be slight variations practically. Anyways, thanks.
