No alarm set inspire 3

Trying to set alarm Inspire 3, keeps saying "add alarms in app" but the app shows "already installed" & everything greyed out.  Any help?  I'd like to set on watch, rather than using cell phone alarm to wake up to.

Hi, @mm_11 , you need to set alarms for your Inspire 3 on the device itself.  On your Fitbit Inspire 3, from the clock face screen, swipe left until you come to the Alarm screen.  Tap to open and swipe to set your hour time and then your minute time.  You will have the option to turn on “smart alarm”.  Smart alarm is meant to detect your level of wakefulness and alert you up to 30 minutes before the designated time.  The idea is that it will wake you at the most appropriate moment, when it detects relatively light sleep.  (For me this has never worked very well - apparently I am always only lightly asleep when I have an alarm set - I guess my brain just knows this, so it invariably wakes me 30 minutes early… But it may work better for you…). You will also have the option to set whether or not it repeats, and then what days - be aware that if you don’t set the option it will default to repeating daily.

For your peace of mind I would recommend setting an alarm or two for the next few minutes, just to check it out and make sure you are setting them correctly so that you feel confident it will go off when you need it in the morning.

I hope this makes sense.  Please post again if anything is unclear.
