Hi, @Smukkerose , welcome to the community, can you please provide more information? I note your Inspire 3 is dark, Is it fully charged? Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center explains what might be causing this. Try changing the clock face in the Fitbit app on your phone.

Let us know how you get on, more information would be very good.
