Since 8th October no health, heart or sleep details.Have tried resetting as suggested on here with no luck. Only had Inspire 3 since February, wish I had kept my old Charge 4 now. Not impressed

Hi, @Grannyanon , have you checked your Heart rate settings? If your heart rate detection is not turned on (or not working) you will not get the health details you are expecting.
So first check to see if the little green lights on the back of the Fitbit are flashing. If not, it sounds like the setting may be turned off. On your Fitbit, from the clock face swipe down until you come to the settings menu. Tap to open, and then swipe up to make sure the Heart rate detection is turned on. If it is on but still not working it may help to toggle it off, sync your Fitbit, and then toggle it back on again.
It is also worth checking that you are wearing your Fitbit correctly - a finger’s width above the wrist bone and snug enough so that the back of the Fitbit is constantly in contact with your wrist (but not so tight that it cuts off your circulation, of course!). If the Fitbit slips around on your wrist it will not be able to gather sufficient information to give you the information required for calculating the sleep and health metrics. Unfortunately, if you sleep in a position in which your wrist is highly flexed you may not get consistent sleep information. Similarly for exercise activities (like rowing machines and sometimes weight lifting) the flex of the wrist could also interfere with heart rate detection.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the Community Forums!
