No heart rate shows at all on Inspire 3

My inspire3 is two months old. I’ve never paid much attention to the heart rate but I just realized mine doesn’t show any heart rate and looking at the history it never has. 
Am I missing a way of turning this feature on?

@Pippinsmum Swipe down from the top of the screen and then scroll up until you see Settings. Then scroll down until you see "Heart Rate". Make sure the toggle is switched on (the blue switch will be aligned to the right).
