No silent alarm on app for Inspire 3

Just upgraded to inspire 3 from inspire 2. Loved my inspire 2, but apparently they are only meant to last 2 years and mine is losing the screen slowly.

 

On trying to set up my Silent alarms I noticed that the Silent alarm function has disappeared on the Fitbit App. Tried to trouble shoot and then contacted support.

 

The Inspire 3 silent alarm can only be programmed on the watch. It’s clumsy and hard to make sure it’s correct. There’s no easy way to turn on and off multiple alarms.
I really like the silent alarm and not being able to see it on the App is anxiety producing.

FIX THIS PLEASE!

Hi, @Thena4 , in general in recent years Fitbit has put as many functions as possible on to the devices themselves rather than always requiring the app and a sync.  Many customers seem to have preferred this , and the way all current Fitbits are designed is, as you have noted, so that the alarms are set on the device rather than on the app.  If you would like to see a different way of setting up alarms (reverting to the older system), then the best place to make this suggestion is in the Product Feedback Forum .  There people can vote for and comment on your idea, and Fitbit Moderators can feed back to the engineers the most popular ideas and suggestions.

Thanks for the reply. I have voted on the product forum- there are nearly 1000 votes to keep the option on the app which seems to be a lot 🤨

it should be on both, like it was. There is no reason I can understand to remove it from the App. It was on both device and App for an earlier model. You should not lose a feature with an upgrade.
