I have an Inspire 3 that works just fine, but I purchased two Inspire 3s (returned the first one) for my wife that always fails to return sleep cycle information, or breathing rate and HRV metrics, no matter how many times I go through the required customer service troubleshooting steps mentioned in other posts.
Does anyone know if the root cause for this performance issue has been identified yet and can this issue be resolved with a firmware update that is coming soon? I am currently running with V194.91.
