Not getting any notifications or reminders to move on my new Inspire 3

I just purchased a new Inspire 3. I get no vibration when I get a text or phone call and I get no vibration when it’s time for a reminder to move. 
I’ve checked all my settings. Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are off. Reminders to Move notifications are on. I’ve tried the following:

1. Forget your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
2. Restart your Fitbit device to refresh its performance.
3. Turn off "Reminders to move" on the Fitbit app.
4. Always make sure the DND and Sleep Mode are turned off. To do this, check the instructions described here.
5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
6. Turn back on "Reminders to move" and sync again.

It still does not work!  Such important features for the tracker and they don’t work!  
is there something else I’m missing?  Anything else I can try?  So frustrating!

When you achieve your goals does the Inspire 3 vibrate?
When restarting the Inspire 3, did you felt the vibration and saw the logo?
