Not receiving text/call/app notifications or hourly reminders to move

I have a new Inspire 3 which is linked to my IPhone 11.

I get no vibration when I get a text or phone call or the App notifcations I've selected and I get no vibration when it’s time for a reminder to move. I do receive the 10000 steps notifications.
I’ve checked all my settings. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fit Bit App. I've ensured my phone is up to date with its software. I've also looked at the settings on the website account as well as the App.

I've also tried all the hints such as:

  1. Forget your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Restart the Fitbit device
  3. Turn off "Reminders to move" on the Fitbit app.
  4. Always make sure the DND and Sleep Mode are turned off. 
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Turn back on "Reminders to move" and sync again.

It's still not working and I've now spent hours of my time trying to get this basic functionality. Is this a fault with my device or a wider issue? Is there anything else I should attempt or is my item faulty? Thanks

When restarting the Inspire 3, does it vibrate?
Do the alarms start when set?

Hello @JuanFitbit Thanks so much for the suggestions.

No the Inspire3 doesn't vibrate when it restarts.

Yes the alarms do vibrate.

I've worked through all the troubleshooting tips. Is there anything else I should check? Many thanks.

I’m having the same problem. And have tried all the same things. What else can we do ?

I’m having similar issues. It was fine until a week ago, right after I charged it. The DND keeps turning on.

Thanks. I'll contact the Support team. I am now receiving some alerts but not all. It's really inconsistent and not reliable. I've been keeping an eye on the DND but that seems to be working correctly. I'll update this thread if I have any success.

I’m also having this same issue since the day I bought my Inspire 3 not too long ago. Costumer service emailed me and asked when and where I purchased the Fitbit. After responding with my answers, I have not heard anything else from their so-called customer service. I’ve always used Fitbit for my trackers but I’m so disappointed in this new one and the customer service response.

Hi! I’m having the exact same issues. I’ve followed all the steps, my texts are received and my watch vibrates part of the time, and then just randomly stop. Were you able to figure out how to resolve this issue? I’ve contacted support twice and both people just kept sending me the same articles and didn’t offer any other help.

Juan, while I appreciate your response, if you actually read my message, you will see that I’ve already been in touch with customer support. They asked me some questions, I responded, and then I have heard nothing further from them. I have reached out to them additional times since then and still no response. I wish I had never bought this item. Such a waste of money!

I’m receiving text messages and missed phone calls but no vibrations. I wish o had my old one back.

Does your inspire 3  vibrate when the alarms go off, or when you reach your goals?
Have you tried restarting the tracker?

No it does not vibrate and yes I’ve restarted it several times

@Happyday23 , Thank you for your answer. 

Please make sure that Don't Disturb is off and the Inspire 3 is on Wrist mode, not clip mode. Go to the settings on the tracker and tap on the setting you want to change.

I also turned off the sleep mode which I thought had to be turned on or it wouldn’t measure your sleep quality. Once I did that it started to vibrate. However the vibration is so light there are many times I don’t feel it. Especially when I’m working with my hands.
