Not tracking heart rate and steps way off

My inspire didn’t track my elevated heart rate from yesterday’s walk, I’m usually in the “zone” for 59 minutes. Yesterday it tracked 1 minute, for the entire day. It also said I took 18,000 steps. 12,000 maybe but not 18K!! 
Today it says I’ve done 8,000 and it should be around 6K.

I’m losing trust ..

Do the green LEDs blink?

If not, please make sure that the Inspire 3 is on wrist mode and not on Clip mode. 
You can change the setting on the quick settings menu on the Inspire 3. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access quick settings. Tap on the setting to change it. 
Should the Inspire 3 be on clip mode, could explain the missing heart rate and the accuracy . 

I also suggest you to restart the Inspire 3 by doing the following. 

1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
3. Release the buttons. When Inspire 3 vibrates and you see the Fitbit logo, the tracker restarted.
