Notifications are not coming through my Inspire 3 after the update

Since I updated yesterday 8/22/24 I am not getting notifications for text or calls.  I’ve done all the usual things that customer service always says to try.  Anybody else?

Hi there, @IvaJ. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not receiving notifications. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend checking whether your Inspire 3 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
