Notifications are not coming through my Inspire 3

This is beyond irritating. I have my inspire 3 set up to receive text messages from my phone. Normally this works just fine. But it isn’t consistent!!  In fact, it is quite consistently inconsistent. 

Do not disturb mode and sleep are not accidentally being activated as far as I can tell. When I realize I’ve not received a notification, I check them both and they are both off. I activate them in turn, sync to my phone, then deactivate and re-sync. This often works but not always.

Sometimes I find that the notifications aren’t coming through after being on the water, but again not always and I follow the same procedure to attempt to reactivate the notification. I suppose I could understand the water interfering with this feature, but it doesn’t because I have also received notifications when I’ve been swimming, for instance, whether with or without water lock.

so you see, this feature is perfectly inconsistent and less reliable than it should be. Please help with some useful information. Thank you! 😃

Hi, @julesjmj, welcome, you may find this article is of interest How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? As a daily swimmer, I am not able to replicate your experience. Sleep mode can be regulated by the schedule setting (this needs to be off).
