Notifications are not coming through my Inspire 3

Brand new Inspire 3 to iPhone 12 iOS 16.4 - Tried all of the tricks and suggestions in multiple online articles. All settings for notifications are set up on the phone, app, bluetooth and the watch. I am not on sleep mode, or DND on the watch or my phone. Tried rebooting the phone, the watch, forgetting the device for bluetooth and reconnecting. Deleting the app and reinstalling. I got a notification for a MISSED call, but it never notified me when the call was actually coming through. (A text call I made to myself) Nothing is working, I get the notification on my phone but not on my watch. I am not sure what else I should be doing to get it work?

Update: Disregard. Resolved!

You have to set your general notification settings to “always” - And then
in each app; messages, phone, calendar and the Fitbit app, “always shows
preview”. Screen shots below.

I then rebooted everything and it started working. Took 2 and a half hours
of messing around with it figure out it was a simple setting I overlooked.
Hopefully this helps!
