Notifications are not working on my Inspire 3

I just got the inspire 3. This is my 3rd fitbit. when I 1st got it notifications were working and suddenly they are not. I've done everything recommended: restarted my phone,  Restarted my fitbit, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, checked every notification on my phone & device. Everything is checked correctly with permissions.  Frustrating

Hi, @Kutsymel you will get more specific help if you say what phone you are using.  

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Hi, @Kutsymel not which Fitbit you are using - yes, you said so!  What phone?

@Kutsymel , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your messages and information.

Please follow these steps, some of which you have already done, but the order is important:

  • Restart your Inspire 3.
  • Please on mobile, go to Settings>Bluetooth, and remove all connections that exist with the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone OS version)
  • Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn on the Bluetooth again, but DO NOT attempt to connect to the tracker from here.
  • Go on the app. From here, try setting up the tracker as a new device.
