Notifications stopped working on my Inspire 3 once again

What a surprise notifications are not working again. Yes I did all the things. It worked once after a restart, but stopped working again. This is becoming super annoying and of course no answer from Google.

Hi there, @Sfk24. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Communitiy Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 has stopped receiving notifications again. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling, we are here to help you!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they were trying to help you with this. It seems like you did not reply back with the information they requested you. Since you've already exhausted all troubleshooting steps we could've offered in the Community Forums. I'd suggest to contact them back so they can continue assisting you, it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.

Mine stopped vibrating again too. The text of the notification comes through but it doesn't vibrate. Vibration is set to normal.

Hi there, @TrainerDebby. It's nice to see you around the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 has stopped vibrating. I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend taking a look at this help article Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

On a side note, please note that when you turn on the do not disturb, quiet hours, or driving mode setting on your phone, your Fitbit device receives notifications but won’t alert you. Swipe right from the clock face to open the quick settings screen. Tap the do not disturb icon or sleep mode icon For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

However, if you have an Android phone you can set your Fitbit device to always send you notifications:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon > your device
  2. Tap Notifications. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.
