I have a recently purchased Inspire 3, which is my first Fitbit. I’ve been enjoying it but:
(1) I cannot get the firmware update to work. The Fitbit shows the red X “try again” message almost immediately, though the iPhone app keeps updating for several minutes before stopping and reporting that the update failed. I’ve tried all recommended steps — restarting the Fitbit, restarting the app, restarting the phone, being attached to the Fitbit charger, etc — and the behavior is always the same. My iPhone iOS is a bit out of date, which is the only possible issue I can think of.
(2) The O2 monitoring had been working fine (using the “Playful” clock face). But, two nights ago it stopped working, and it turns out the app is gone from the Fitbit, when I swipe down to see the various app statuses. I no longer see “O2” listed on the description of the clock face either, nor can I see a way to search for “O2” to find alternate clock faces to try.
(3) I tried live chat to get help, and was blackholed twice so gave up.
thanks for any help!

Hi, @jd206, welcome to the community, there do not seem to be other reports of an update failure on iPhones but you may wish to review iOS App - Fitbit Community. You will see from Fitbit Supported Devices you need to be running iOS 14 or newer.
I see from the gallery "Playful" clock face does not display SP02 as an optional setting, I have not checked all the offered clock faces but those I have looked at do not offer it. To see your SP02 data on your Fitbit app, from the today screen > health metrics>oxygen saturation gives you the data, you may be interested in How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
I hope this helps.
Cheers
