Ongoing Issues with the Relax App on Fitbit

Dear Fitbit Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the persistent issues with the Relax app on my recently purchased Fitbit device. Despite my enthusiasm for the features that Fitbit offers, I have been experiencing significant difficulties with the Relax app. I and many others have reported this issue the app does not work the sessions are not logged and the blue circle is still missing after the most recent updates. 

As someone who relies on this app for relaxation and mindfulness, the lack of functionality has been quite disappointing. I have done all the updates and followed all recommended troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately, the issues remain unresolved. 

When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that the Relax app is considered a third-party app. However, this raises a question for me: how can that be the case when Google has purchased Fitbit? As the parent company, I believe Google is responsible for ensuring that all features, including the Relax app, function properly.

Moreover, many users are reporting similar issues and feel ignored, which adds to the frustration. It is disheartening to see that this problem has not been addressed, especially while the device continues to be sold to new customers. How can we recommend this tracker if it does not work as advertised?

I kindly urge the Fitbit team to prioritize a resolution for the Relax app. Many users, including myself, would greatly appreciate any updates or communication regarding this matter.
